There are two common reasons the one-time passphrase (OTP) may not be received:
- An email address hasn't been linked to the subscription yet: Before a subscription can be activated on additional devices, an email address must first be associated with the subscription on the device that was originally used to purchase it. Once the email has been verified on that device, the same process can be used to activate additional devices.
- The email address doesn't match: If an email address has already been linked on the original device, the same email address must be entered on the additional device. The OTP will only be sent to the email address that was previously linked to the subscription.
Also, please be sure to check your spam folder, as system-generated emails sometimes get flagged by mail servers.
